“Eat meat and vegetables, nuts and seeds, some fruit, little starch and no sugar. Keep intake to levels that will support exercise but not body fat. Practice and train major lifts: Deadlift, clean, squat, presses, C&J, and snatch. Similarly, master the basics of gymnastics: pull-ups, dips, rope climb, push-ups, sit-ups, presses to handstand, pirouettes, flips, splits, and holds. Bike, run, swim, row, etc, hard and fast. Five or six days per week mix these elements in as many combinations and patterns as creativity will allow. Routine is the enemy. Keep workouts short and intense. Regularly learn and play new sports.”

CrossFit is for ANYONE!!! Age and limitations are NOT a factor. You can do this! All workouts will be modified for beginners based on their current fitness level. If you have limitations, we program to adapt. It’s that simple. We teach the movements and make sure you know how to do them each and every class. You just have to get here!

Brian wants you to be the best version of you possible. That’s why he started CrossFit On Track in Olathe, Kansas.

Brian went to the 2013 CrossFit North Central Regionals as an individual, was the 2015 Fittest Man in Kansas and has taken multiple teams to regionals. He was also invited to participate in the 2017 CrossFit Games online masters qualifier.

Janelle Shafer
Janelle ShaferCoach / Olympic Lifting Insructor
Janelle Shafer is an elite athlete, seasoned Olympic lifter and amazing CrossFit coach. As an Olympic lifter alone she’s accumulated several accolades including two 1st place finishes at the Kansas State Open Championship, 7th at the National Weightlifting Championship, and 2nd at the University Weightlifting National Championship (which earned her the right to represent the USA at the World University Championships in Chiang Mai, Thailand). She’s competed as part of the team “On Track”, finished 1st at the Heart of America Competition and has competed on multiple teams at the North Central Regionals.
Mark Hufford
Mark HuffordCrossFit L1 Trainer
Mark is 5’9″ and 175 pounds. Why does that matter? He used to weigh 230. CrossFit played a major role in his quest for health. Mark joined CrossFit On Track in December of 2013 and started coaching in October of 2016. He understands the diligence and persistence necessary to transition from an unhealthy, overweight lifestyle to a high fitness level. He’s eager to help and encourage others along the same path.
CrossFit is a family affair in the Hufford home. His wife and children also love CrossFit (he has 6 of them). In high school, he played football, baseball, basketball and track & field.
Nick Petersen
Nick PetersenCrossFit L1 Trainer / Personal Trainer
Nick has his Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science and is a CrossFit Level 1 Trainer certificate. He’s been a fan of CrossFit since 2012 and recently began coaching. He has immense passion for health and wellness.

Reggie Harris
Reggie HarrisTrainer
Reggie is a former collegiate athlete and former semi-pro football player. He competed on multiple teams at the North Central Regionals after plunging into CrossFit over 50 years ago. How does he look so young?! Good Christian livin’…that’s how!
With a Bachelor’s degree from Baker University in Kinesiology and Exercise Science, he adds expertise to his passion for health and wellness. Reggie also works as an assistant football coach and assistant track coach at Olathe South High School.
Jeff Dalrymple

I love to compete and Crossfit allows me to compete against myself and others every day.”
Jeff started Crossfit in Feb 2012. He gave Crossfit to himself for his 40th birthday. After wrestling for through high school and at the US Air Force Academy, he fell into the rut of running distance and isolation lifting. In 2017, he was a Masters’ 45-49 Qualifier and the fittest 45-49 male in KS. He prides himself as the man with the most accessories per workout and the individual with the worst color coordination on a daily basis.
