Join CrossFit On Track any time starting around 7:30 AM on Memorial Day for the “Murph” challenge! This workout is in memory of Lieutenant Michael P. Murphy who died in Afghanistan June 28th, 2005. All are welcome – no charge!

Don’t be intimidated by this workout! It can be scaled to any fitness level! HOPE TO SEE YOU THERE!

If you have a 20# vest or body armor, wear it.
In honor of Navy Lieutenant Michael Murphy, 29, of Patchogue, NY, who was killed in Afghanistan June 28th, 2005.
