– Each minute, attempt a snatch, clean and jerk OR deadlift
– Start at a decent snatch weight and add weight every round
– once you feel like you can’t snatch anymore, switch to clean and jerk
– once you feel like you can’t clean and jerk anymore, switch to deadlift
– if you miss a weight, but want to try it again, you can do that within that minute or the next minute.
– feel free to work with a partner
– score by the SUM of heaviest SNATCH + CLEAN & JERK + DEADLIFT
– you can use power or squat
