Metcon (Weight)
Clean Complex:
5 x light to medium weight
3 Position Clean
1-2 High Hang Clean +
1-2 Hang Clean +
1-2 Clean
– For power cleans, do 2 reps of each movement. For squat cleans, do just 1.
Clean (6 x 1 @ 80% or more, building)
Only do reps that feel good, but go as heavy as you can
Front Squat (5 x 1-3@ heaviest clean weight)
Metcon (AMRAP – Rounds)
Every 2 minutes x 10 (20 minutes):
Odd Rounds: 20 Double DB Hang Snatch
Even Rounds: 20 Double DB Thruster
