B) Tabata Row
C) Tabata Arms-Only Assault Bike
D) Tabata Assault Bike (arms and legs)
E) Tabata Wall Ball
F) Tabata KB Sumo High Pull

– 30 sec transition between stations.
– Go as hard as possible throughout each tabata!
– Score by worst round of each tabata and add em up! Or don’t, just go really hard
