CrossFit Kids is not just a scaled-down version of CrossFit. It is a functional fitness program designed for the specific developmental needs of kids. At CrossFit On Track Kids, your kids will grow in strength, skill, confidence and character and will have FUN doing it!.

CrossFit On Track Kids classes are for ages 5-11. The classes are designed to incorporate kids of all fitness levels so that each child feels welcome & successful. Hard work and play are disguised into FUN & GAMES in hopes to develop a lifelong love of fitness!

CrossFit Kids is a strength and conditioning program that is specifically designed for kids and helps them develop a lifelong love of fitness. Workouts consist of constantly varied, functional movements that deliver a fitness that is broad, inclusive, general, and scalable for any participant at any level. Children participate in fun and engaging workouts in a group setting that delivers measurable results and prepares them to be well-rounded athletes.

CrossFit Kids is being implemented across the country in preschools all the way up to high schools, in before-and-after school programs as well as integration into the physical education curriculum and is the core PE class for many home school groups.
