Brian StitesOwner / Head Coach
Brian wants you to be the best version of you possible. That’s why he started CrossFit On Track in Olathe, Kansas.
Brian went to the 2013 CrossFit North Central Regionals as an individual, was the 2015 Fittest Man in Kansas and has taken multiple teams to regionals. He was also invited to participate in the 2017 CrossFit Games online masters qualifier.
Janelle ShaferCoach / Olympic Lifting Insructor
Janelle Shafer is a cheerleader turned lifter and CrossFitter. She is an elite athlete, seasoned Olympic lifter and amazing CrossFit coach. As an Olympic lifter alone, she’s accumulated several accolades. She has competed in many national meets and represented the USA at the World University Championships in Chiang Mai, Thailand. CrossFit gave Janelle the “Fittest Woman in Kansas in 2017” title for winning the CrossFit 2017 Open in the state. She is a member of the On Track team which has competed at the 2014, 2015 and 2016 North Central CrossFit Regionals. Besides her passion for Olympic lifting and CrossFit she loves community and her dog Bishop!
Mark HuffordCrossFit L1 Coach
Mark is 5’9″ and 175 pounds. Why does that matter? He used to weigh 230. CrossFit played a major role in his quest for health. He joined On Track in December of 2013 and began coaching in October of 2016. He understands the diligence necessary to transition from an unhealthy, overweight lifestyle to a high fitness level. He’s eager to help and encourage others along the same path. CrossFit is a family affair in the Hufford home. His wife and children also love CrossFit (he has 6 of them). In high school, he played football, baseball, basketball and track & field.
Mike BreitenbachCrossFit L1 Coach
Mike loves his wife and 3 kids more than anything His coaching approach is like his family approach. He loves helping people reach their goals and do things they never thought possible. That’s fueled by 2 life changing experiences:
1. Finding the Lord and allowing Him to renew me and save me from my heavy drug addiction.
2. CrossFit. I’ve learned how to workout injury free, and achieve a fitness level like never before.

No discipline is enjoyable for those going through it, but there is a harvest of right living on the other side for those who have been trained by it. Dan SmithCrossFit L1 Coach
When Dan first tried CrossFit, he was hooked immediately. Over the years he has tried all sorts of fitness and workout programs, but none of them stuck.
Why did CrossFit stick?
Two reasons: because it works and it is fun! Dan is a CrossFit Level 1 Trainer who not only loves to do CrossFit, but loves seeing other people make positive change in their lives.

Jeff started Crossfit in Feb 2012. He gave Crossfit to himself for his 40th birthday. After wrestling for through high school and at the US Air Force Academy, he fell into the rut of running distance and isolation lifting. CrossFit changed all of that. In 2017, he was a Masters’ 45-49 Qualifier and the fittest 45-49 male in the state of Kansas. He prides himself as the man with the most accessories per workout and the individual with the worst color coordination on a daily basis.
