MEMBERSHIP HOLD REQUEST

As stated in your membership agreement, you may request your automatically recurring monthly membership be placed on hold. We understand things come up and we’d like help how we can.

• Membership hold requests must be submitted no less than 24 hours prior to billing renewal dates.
• If a payment has already been made, the remainder of your membership will be available upon your return.
• Holds may not be placed retroactively.
