BURGENER STRENGTH

Burgener Strength is a high intensity strength & conditioning program that focuses on Olympic lifts. Over the past 30 years, Mike Burgener has coached world class Olympic lifters at the highest level. His programming was the foundation of Rich Froning’s strength training. Bringing that expertise and experience to the table, we have partnered up with with Mayhem Nation to offer a top notch training program available to athletes worldwide.

This 3-day per week program is available to our athletes who subscribe to the Unlimited Membership.

TEAM TRAINING

Love partner WODs? Want to improve at team-style workouts? Contemplating a team competition? Then join us!! Team Training is a peer-led class for athletes who are self-sufficient in workouts and have proficiency in many of the more advanced movements (TTB, Pull-Ups, etc.) Muscle Ups NOT required so long as athletes know how to scale appropriately. All memberships have access to Team Training, though it will count towards class limits for those with limited memberships or punch cards. This is a great way to improve team communication, synchronization and comradery!

BODYBUILDING

On Track Pump, our bodybuilding program, is available to our Unlimited membership athletes.  Our 3 day per week split, full body pump session is focused on classic bodybuilding components to enhance your ascetics and some added buffers for our joints and ligaments.

This is an ideal structured add-on with strength and stability development for the everyday athlete to add into the mix 1-3 days per week or could be great for an athlete that has been dosed with lots of intensity and needs to pull things back for a bit to focus on structural strength work to rebuild, and recharge.

This track is great for anyone who wants a traditional bodybuilding program to supplement their CrossFit training.

BURN

On Track Burn focuses on aerobic capacity and is available to our Unlimited membership athletes.

Building our aerobic engine and base level aerobic fitness:
2 x 60 minutes sessions with one session focused on repeatable short intervals and one session focused on longer repeatable threshold intervals.
1 x 90-minute session  Zone 2 Development or Long Aerobic Testers

The name “Burn” refers to the fact that it’s all about our aerobic engine and developing the ability to light workouts on fire that require high aerobic output. The sport of fitness racing is growing and this is a great addition to the mix to help our athletes looking to target those races.
