OT BURN

Looking to boost your engine? OT Burn is our 2-day-per-week cardio-focused program designed to improve your cardiovascular and respiratory endurance. Whether you’re prepping for Murph, chasing a faster 5K, or just want to breathe easier in regular CrossFit workouts, this is the supplemental work you need.
Expect high-energy sessions featuring intervals, longer aerobic efforts, and creative conditioning workouts using machines, light weights, and bodyweight movements. It’s all about building capacity without beating you up.

OT COMPETE

The OT Compete track brings the elite-level competitor programming—designed by top coaches like Shane Orr and Tia‑Clair Toomey—directly to your training routine. Tailored for competitive-minded athletes, it features six days per week of strength, skill, and conditioning work, with three scalable levels (Intermediate → Advanced → Games-ready) so you can progress at your own pace. You’ll follow the same training protocols used by world‑class competitors, including dedicated warm-ups, movement technique work, and volume programming that emphasizes consistent, high-level effort.
Whether you’re chasing the CrossFit Open, local throwdowns, or personal PRs, OT Compete offers a world‑class, self‑guided path to elevate your performance.
OT GYMNASTICS

OT Gymnastics is a twice-per-week accessory program designed to complement our main CrossFit programming. Available exclusively to members with an unlimited membership, this skill-focused class helps athletes of all levels develop and refine the gymnastics movements commonly used in functional fitness. The program follows a structured progression, starting with foundational bodyweight movements—such as hollow holds, push-ups, and pull-ups—and advancing toward higher-skill work like handstand push-ups, toes-to-bar, and muscle-ups. With a strong emphasis on form and control before intensity or volume, OT Gymnastics helps athletes build the strength, coordination, capacity and confidence needed to perform gymnastics skills safely and effectively.
OT PUMP

On Track (OT) Pump, our bodybuilding program, is available to our Unlimited membership athletes. Our 3 day per week split, full body pump session is focused on classic bodybuilding components to enhance your ascetics and some added buffers for our joints and ligaments.
This is an ideal structured add-on with strength and stability development for the everyday athlete to add into the mix 1-3 days per week or could be great for an athlete that has been dosed with lots of intensity and needs to pull things back for a bit to focus on structural strength work to rebuild, and recharge.
This track is great for anyone who wants a traditional bodybuilding program to supplement their CrossFit training.
OT TEAM

Love partner WODs? Want to improve at team-style workouts? Contemplating a team competition? Then join us!! On Track (OT) Team training is a peer-led class for athletes who are self-sufficient in workouts and have proficiency in many of the more advanced movements (TTB, Pull-Ups, etc.) Muscle Ups NOT required so long as athletes know how to scale appropriately. All memberships have access to OT Team. This is a great way to improve team communication, synchronization and comradery!
